Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book my install?

Earlier than you think. Our calendar fills up by late October. Most customers book in September or early October to lock in their preferred install date. We start hanging lights right after Halloween and run through early December.

Do you provide the lights, or do I?

Either works. Most customers go with our commercial-grade LED package because it lasts five to seven seasons and the bulbs match. If you have your own lights you want us to hang, we'll inspect them first and let you know if anything needs replacing.

What does removal and storage cost?

Removal is included on every full-service install. Storage is an optional add-on, usually about 15% of the install cost. You skip the bin in the basement and we keep everything sorted for next year.

Are you insured?

Yes. Full general liability and workers' comp on every crew, every job. We can send a certificate of insurance to your HOA or property manager on request.

What if a strand goes out mid-season?

Call or text us. We come back out and fix it. Mid-season service is included on every full-service install for the duration of the holiday season.
